| BioClean Spray |
 Description: BioClean Spray is a new addition to Cortec's Biobased
line of products. BioClean Spray is a blend of
coconut oil phospholipid, "green" corrosion inhibitors
and surfactants designed to disperse and inhibit
microbiological growth. BioClean Spray will eliminate
existing microbiological contamination, as well as
provide retardation of future growth.

Application: BioClean Spray is the ideal solution to remove existing
microbiological contamination and assist in the prevention
of future growth on hard surfaces. BioClean Spray
is also offered in wipes for spot cleaning (BioClean
Wipes) applications and in a liquid form as an additive
(BioClean 610).
For microbiological removal:
Depending on the level of contamination, allow product
to remain on surface for 30 seconds to 10 minutes and
then either wipe with a clean, damp cloth or rinse with
clear water.
For the retardation of microbiological growth:
Spray evenly over hard surface; do not remove. |

 Description: Corwipe® 500 is a revolutionary wipe which removes light rust, grease, oil and dust, while leaving behind a protective antistatic and thin VpCI® (Vapor phase Corrosion Inhibitor ) film. | EcoLine® Bio-Based Cleaner/Degreaser |

| FlashCorr® VpCI® |
Description:
FlashCorr VpCI is a highly effective, non-toxic,
environmentally safe cleaner that removes and
neutralizes even the harshest of salt build-up from
any metal surface.
FlashCorr VpCI represents an environmental and
economic breakthrough in corrosion prevention.
FlashCorr VpCI enables superior protection of metal
surfaces from corrosion. It has a unique ability to
neutralize and remove salt deposits such as sodium
chloride and other deicing salts and naturally
occurring contaminants as well as protect from
further salt exposure and flash rust.

Application:
FlashCorr VpCI can be applied using power washers
and sprayers.
Mix FlashCorr VpCI into water until fully dissolved.
Temperature range:
FlashCorr VpCI is recommended for use in temperatures ranging from 41°-160°F (5°-71°C). |

| Gator S |
Description: Gator S is a heavy-duty non-foaming alkaline
cleaner/degreaser for cleaning industrial, oil field,
commercial, and marine equipment. This product
contains VpCI additive to prevent corrosion on the
parts and a special agent to protect the working
solution from bacteria growth.
Gator S is non-flammable, nitrite-free, non-toxic,
and does not present disposal problems associated
with most phosphate cleaners.
Gator S offers a very convenient delivery system-it is
packaged in a water-soluble polyvinyl alcohol bag
(PVA) for safe handling and easy measurements.
Simply place the bag into the wash system and allow
the bag and powder to dissolve.

| VpCI®-405 |
Description: VpCI-405 is a phosphate free cleaner and degreaser
designed to clean light oils, greases and carbon
deposits. VpCI-405 can provide corrosion protection
of up to 3 months to ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
VpCI-405 can be metered into power washers, steam
cleaners, dip tanks and other cleaning equipment.
While most cleaning compounds available on the
market today are simple blends of surfactants and
detergents which limit their cleaning effectiveness,
VpCI-405 offers improved cleaning plus multimetal
corrosion protection action in one step, resulting in
significant savings.

Application: • Phosphate-free cleaner
• Heavy-duty cleaner and degreaser
• Excellent for light oils and greases
• Will not affect painted surfaces

• Remains active even if left to dry
• Mostly used at room temperature, thus reducing

Description: VpCI®-408 is a mildly alkaline blend of surfactants for use in high-pressure spray washers, and power washing machinery. | VpCI®-429 |
Description: VpCI-429 is a very effective rust remover and cleaner for
different metals. The chemistry of this product is based on
the chelating abilities of its ingredients.
VpCI-429 not only completely cleans rusted surfaces, but
also prevents further rusting during the cleaning process.
After cleaning there is no need for neutralization or additional
rust preventative materials.
VpCI-429 is very environmentally and user friendly, has a
neutral pH, is made out of biodegradable and renewable
materials, is non-irritative and not harmful.
Metal surfaces treated with VpCI-429 can be painted
without any problems, eliminating the step of additional
preparation. In most cases VpCI-429 acts as an adhesion
promoter for coatings.
