SECTION V - HEALTH HAZARD DATA

EMERGENCY AND FIRST AID PROCEDURES:

Eye Contact: Flush eyes with large amounts of water for 15 minutes. Consult a physician immediately. Skin Contact: Flush affected area for 15 minutes. If irritation persists, consult a physician. Cover the affected area with a sterile dressing and transport for medical care. Inhalation: Remove to uncontaminated area, administer oxygen if necessary. If victim has stopped breathing begin CPR. Get medical attention. Ingestion: If swallowed, give water or milk. DO NOT INDUCE VOMITING. Get immediate medical attention.

PRIMARY ROUTES OF ENTRY: Inhalation, skin and eye contact.

HEALTH HAZARDS (acute and chronic) / EFFECTS OF OVEREXPOSURE:

1. Contact of eye tissues with liquid and/or high vapor concentrations can be irritating. Prolonged contact may result in chemical burns and permanent damage.

2. Repeated or prolonged contact with liquid may cause skin disorders and allergies.

3. Inhalation of product vapors and/or particle mists resulting from the use of this product should be avoided. Coughing and chest pains may result.

4. Ingestion of this product may cause malaise, discomfort, or death unless treated promptly.

SECTION VII - SPILL OR LEAK PROCEDURES

STEPS TO BE TAKEN IN CASE MATERIAL IS RELEASED OR SPILLED: SMALL SPILL: Absorb on sweeping compound or other absorbent material. LARGE SPILL: Eliminate all ignition sources. All persons not wearing protective equipment should be excluded from area of spill until clean up has been completed. Stop spill at source. Dike area of spill to prevent spreading and pump liquid to salvage tank. Remove remaining liquid on sand, clay, earth, floor absorbent, or other absorbent material and place in containers.

WASTE DISPOSAL: Dispose of in accordance with applicable regulations.

SECTION VIII - SAFE HANDLING AND USE INFORMATION

HANDLING: Ground containers during transfer. Avoid shock or container damage. Remove all equipment that may be a source of ignition. Do not smoke, eat or drink in area. RESPIRATORY PROTECTION: A NIOSH approved respirator to remove vapors or mists.

PROTECTIVE GLOVES: Chemical resistant rubber or plastic.

EYE PROTECTION: Safety glasses/splash goggles.

OTHER PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT: Eye wash station.

SECTION IX - SPECIAL PRECAUTIONS AND STORAGE

PRECAUTIONS TO BE TAKEN IN HANDLING: Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Avoid inhalation of vapors.

PRECAUTIONS TO BE TAKEN IN STORING: Completely drain "Empty" drums, properly bung and promptly dispose in an environmentally safe manner and in accordance with governmental regulations. Recycle drums only through qualified reprocessing organizations.
