VpCI(tm) CorrCap(tm)

This is "shower cap design" cover protects exposed bare metal parts from corrosion during domestic and export shipments. For example, at Jaguar motor cars, during the assembly operation, workers place a CorrCap(tm) over the disk brakes. The VpCIs volatilize off the film and migrate to the metal brake rotor surfaces, forming a thin, uniform and extremely effective corrosion inhibiting layer-barrier. The elastic cap allows for a tight fit during road test of vehicles, is easy to apply and is secure. The product can be reused for up to 1 year. CorrCaps are produced with VpCI(tm)-126 film.
