From its new generation of soybean derivative products, Cortec® is introducing a full strength, industrial grade surface cleaner and degreaser. Dilutable with water up to 1:1, the Ecoline^TMCleaner/Degreaser can be used in both industrial and commercial applications. Specially designed for environmental and safety characteristics, the heavy duty cleaner has a nearly neutral pH so no special safety equipment is required during use. Utilizing soybean methyl esters, the product removes tough grease build-up and still provides complete biodegradability.

EcolineTM Cleaner/Degreaser can be used for all types of hard surfaces including plastic, composites, laminates, and metal. After cleaning, the surface is simply rinsed with water for streak-free appearance. Once metal has been thoroughly cleaned and degreased, it normally rusts in just a few hours. Ecoline^TMCleaner/Degreaser incorporates Cortec® patented VpCI^TM technology to stop flash rust. This unique corrosion inhibitor forms a monomolecular barrier that keeps corrosive agents and humidity from attacking the metal surface for up to 2 weeks.

With its greater safety for people and the environment, Ecoline^TM is the new generation replacement for cleaners that incorporate mineral oil or solvents for degreasing. While providing powerful degreasing action, the Ecoline^TM formulation is VOC free and does not contain any flammable solvents. This eliminates the need for hazardous storage and higher costs for special disposal.

The Ecoline^TM VOC free formulation provides a noticeable improvement for an industrial strength cleaner. It offers a neutral, mild fragrance and does not permeate the air with harsh chemical vapors. The product is available in 16 oz trigger spray bottles for hand application and containers from 5 to 55 gallons for industrial applications with dip tank, brush and pressure spray.
