POSITION SUMMARY

A remote-in position, located in the Philadelphia, Washington D.C. or New Jersey area.

Responsible for obtaining sales and profit objectives for Cortec products used in the concrete and masonry segments of the construction industry. This person must be able to build long-term client relationships with structural engineers, quality control professionals, construction project managers and other related personnel through superior, professional communications, product knowledge and credibility, quality customer service, and adherence to a high standard of professional ethics.

POSITION SUMMARY

Applies understanding of process to streamline customer order experience. Responsible for providing quotations and managing outsourced product orders. Effectively tracks and helps resolve problems with quoting, configuring, and delivering custom and outsourced products. Serves as a subject matter expert and trainer in customer service processes and systems.
