Ready for Hunting Season? Keeping Rifles Rust-Free

Fall is prime hunting season in much of the Northern Hemisphere. If you are a hunter, that means it’s almost time to pull your shotguns and rifles out of the gun safe and prep them for an exciting season in pursuit of game. Make Your Gun Safe a Rust-Free Zone
Even if a rifle is not cold and damp when it is put away, it may be vulnerable to corrosion due to fluctuating temperatures, humidity, and potential moisture condensation on metal parts in gun safes. Bull Frog® VpCI® Emitters release corrosion inhibiting vapors that diffuse throughout the gun safe and settle on all exposed metal surfaces (e.g., steel barrels and triggers) inside the enclosure, forming a protective molecular barrier that fights rust during the storage season.

After the Hunt
