Jay Zhang Returns to Strengthen the Cortec® Family in Southeast Asia!

We are pleased to welcome Jay Zhang back to Cortec® in his new role as Director of Business Development! A trusted team player with a wealth of business and industry experience, Jay will be a valuable support for exciting growth opportunities, primarily among our Cortec® family in Southeast Asia!
Jay is already busy responding to the urgent needs of distributors served by Cortec® Southeast Asia and is eager to help them expand their reach in sectors such as manufacturing, electronics, water treatment, aboveground storage tanks (ASTs), construction, and infrastructure. In his own words, he hopes to be “a hands-on, responsive, constructive, and supportive liaison that our distributors trust and rely on....” Furthermore, he desires to work closely with Cortec® distributors “to provide effective and integrated solutions to corrosion where, how, and when the local and regional end users want and need [them].” Jay expects this to involve support on a variety of fronts: training, technical engineering, sales and business development, project management, collaboration, and knowledge-sharing among distributors. In short, Jay will be there to facilitate growth and synergy in the Cortec® Southeast Asia family.
Jay has hit the ground running thanks to his collaborative attitude; a familiarity with both Cortec® products and the region; and a variety of business, management, and training strengths. Just the week after starting his new role at Cortec® World Headquarters, he was off to Singapore to participate in the Cortec® Asia-Pacific Sales & Strategy meeting. He came away enthusiastic about the regional outlook and immediately began spending time listening to and helping our Southeast Asia distributors. “I am honored to do my very best to support members of [the] Cortec® family, our distributors, and the customers in this region and beyond,” Jay stated.
