CorteCros® Welcomes Onsite Chemist!
December 4, 2024
For more than two decades, Cortec® has slowly but surely expanded its European base of operations to better serve international customers. Part of that strategic growth was launching production at the CorteCros® warehouse, previously only a storage and shipping site in the duty-free zone of Split, Croatia. Since quality production demands good quality control, one of the next logical steps was to hire Aleksandra Muhar to run CorteCros® laboratory testing in March 2024.
Over the last year, Aleksandra has been busy taking the invaluable skills she learned as a technology engineer in the food industry and applying them to the field of rust prevention. Aleksandra’s understanding of the corrosion mechanism and how to slow down the deterioration of metals has blossomed since joining CorteCros®. While she spends most of her time testing the performance and quality of CorteCros® chemistries for corrosion mitigation, she feels especially fulfilled when she has the opportunity to do research and development. Working together with the broader team, Aleksandra’s goal is to provide top quality, reliable products to extend the service life of customers’ metal goods, all while using open communication to build long-term trust.
Please join us in welcoming Aleksandra to the Cortec® Family—and be sure to let our CorteCros® team know how they can better serve those of you within their region!
