Cortec® Adds Important Link to Supply Chain

Cortec® is pleased to welcome Josh Dirksen as its new Sr. Purchasing Specialist! Josh joined the team on January 6th with a strong background in manufacturing and supply chain operations that will help him procure the raw materials Cortec® needs to create world-class corrosion solutions for customers around the globe.
An efficient raw material supply chain plays a critical role in Cortec’s ability to deliver top quality corrosion inhibiting materials at the right time and cost. This task can be especially complicated with so many production and market variables to track and coordinate at once. Josh plans to tackle this challenge using creative problem-solving, with the end goal of greater reliability for customers.
Josh has been in the manufacturing industry for almost three decades, with much of the last decade spent supporting Abbott Laboratories’ electrophysiology division in operations, inventory control, and supply chain. Building on this extensive knowledge base, Cortec® looks forward to Josh’s becoming an important link in an increasingly stronger supply chain for corrosion control!
