EcoCortec^®: A Leading Croatian Exporter Sharing Insights at CCE Internationalization Conference!

EcoCortec's General Manager, Dijana Zrinski, was invited to speak at the prestigious CCE Internationalization conference held at Zagreb’s Hilton Garden Inn hotel. The goal of the conference was to gather Croatia’s biggest exporting companies and share experiences with domestic and international experts from the economy, technology, and politics.

Dijana Zrinski participated in a panel discussion alongside other large Croatian exporters, such as JGL , CROMARIS, DOK-ING, and others

The objective was also to discuss current business trends in a global environment, management challenges, risk management, and logistics processes. Particular focus was on financial support for internationalization. Dijana attended the conference alongside a distinguished group of Croatian export companies and international experts from diverse fields. As a panelist in the session "Financing Strategies, Risk Management, and Logistics Challenges," Dijana shared EcoCortec's successful export strategy. The company's impressive track record, with 95% of its products reaching markets across three continents, positions it as a leading Croatian exporter. Dijana elaborated on the company's commitment to efficiency and sustainability, discussing its advanced logistics operations and innovative circular production model. She also provided valuable insights into the financial strategies that fueled EcoCortec's growth, particularly in light of recent investments. 

The audience was interested in learning more about the specific challenges EcoCortec^® has faced in its international journey and its proactive approach to supply chain risk management. Dijana shared experiences of navigating through economic downturns, global crises like the COVID-19 pandemic, and inflationary pressures. She highlighted the resilience and adaptability of the company's team in overcoming these challenges and turbulent market periods. EcoCortec's participation in big international projects was also highlighted, along with the advantages gained from such partnerships.

Her speech was met with great interest from the participants and media, and she was invited to also participate in a TV feature on a similar subject. Interestingly, the conference was co-sponsored by the Swedish Embassy in Zagreb, and Swedish Ambassador Anna Boda was very pleased to hear that EcoCortec^® is one of the biggest export companies to Sweden, while a EcoCortec's Swedish distributor is one of the biggest buyers from Croatian plant.

Besides presenting and giving insights into our company's business, the CCE Internationalization Conference was also a great opportunity to network and meet decisionmakers from other companies, not only in Croatia but globally.
