First Time at NFMT 2023 Underscores Cortec’s Value for Facility Maintenance

Cortec’s first time at the National Facilities Management and Technology (NFMT) conference, March 21st-23rd in Baltimore, was a hands-down success that underscored the value of Cortec® corrosion solutions for those involved in facilities maintenance!

Visitors flocked to the Cortec® booth to see the giant steel wool demo in side-by-side gallon jars. The video loop featuring Cortec® water treatment and facilities maintenance technologies and case histories also grabbed attention.

As expected, attendees showed strong interest in Cortec® water treatments for boiler and cooling tower layup. However, the similar interest generated by VpCI® Emitters, MRO sprays, protective coatings, and lubricants exceeded expectations!

Scott Bryan (Technical Sales Manager – Water Treatment) and Steve Pearl (Northeast/Mid-Atlantic Sales Manager) came away with many promising connections for future working relationships. They also enjoyed seeing the familiar faces of a few Cortec® distributors— some of whom even stayed to help out at the booth!

We look forward to interacting with the facilities maintenance crowd at NFMT next year and, in the meantime, delivering the same corrosion protection technologies to property managers, mechanical engineering firms, and facilities managers at schools, universities, hospitals, and government complexes who are hungry for these solutions right now!
