Meet Celeste Spallees: Seeking to Provide Excellent Customer Service and Have Fun Doing It!

We are pleased to introduce Celeste Spallees as the newest member of our customer service team! Celeste became a Cortec® Customer Service Representative in late September and has been adding energy to the department ever since. Here’s a glimpse into the skills and mindset of someone you may have already had the pleasure to work with in the quest for VpCI® corrosion solutions.

Handling Pressure and Personalities
Celeste brings with her a rich background of interpersonal and other skills from a wide variety of career fields. Her experiences have taught her how to work under pressure with many different personalities while seeking to provide the best service possible and think outside the box. This helps in her day-to-day activities where she must stay on top of many different tasks while fielding communication from customers, Regional Sales Managers, and other key stakeholders as she processes orders and works to resolve issues that arise.

Staying Positive
Celeste tries to maintain a positive, upbeat attitude so she and her team can have fun—even in the course of everyday work. “It really makes a huge difference coming to work with the mindset that you are excited to start the day and work with your team,” Celeste commented. “ I think it is not only beneficial for yourself but everyone else around you too because it promotes a positive environment and good relationships. Personally, it really pushes me to do a great job every day and enjoy what I do. . . .”
