Meet Samantha Sonnee: Bringing a Joyous Approach to Customer Service

me in customer-focused roles,” Samantha said. “I work to bridge gaps between groups of people who normally don’t interact to gain perspective and improve customer relations.”

Samantha thrives on being able to work with multiple departments and employ mathematics and critical thinking in her role. Since her specific focus is custom quoting and outsourcing, Samantha spends much of her day preparing quotes and communicating with shipping, sales, and production to meet customer needs and deadlines as much as possible. She aims to provide dependable service and make communication easy for customers. “I try to make sure that when someone comes to me, they know they are receiving attentive and reliable guidance or assistance,”
Samantha said.
