Sam Pfremmer at Your (Technical) Service!

Sam Pfremmer 1 - Cortec Corporation We are pleased to introduce a strong new addition to our technical service team! Sam Pfremmer joined Cortec® as a Technical Service Engineer on August 12th, reinforcing the invaluable services that Lisa Marston and Luke Stone are already providing to internal and external customers across the globe.

Sam has a B.Sc. degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Minnesota and spent several summers interning in 3M’s water treatment department during his years of study. Last summer, he interned with Apollo Water Services just before joining Cortec® Technical Service.

In his new role, Sam will answer customer questions, improve and maintain documentation in our technical database, and run lab tests for customers and internal needs. While Sam’s goal is to provide the best answers possible in a timely manner, it will be exciting to see how his background in water treatment gives him a special advantage in supporting and expanding Cortec® offerings in that niche market.

As a chemical engineer at heart, Sam has found it especially interesting to see onsite chemical manufacturing at Cortec® World Headquarters, combined with the creative problem solving that goes into it. We are grateful to have Sam on board and look forward to seeing his own problem solving skills at work as he expands our technical support capacity in the field of corrosion control.
