A major manufacturer of Scotch Marine Firetube boilers ships an average of one or two boilers per month overseas or to customers who cannot immediately install them. The manufacturer wants to protect boiler internals from a heightened risk of corrosion in the meantime, so the units remain in like-new condition. For more than a decade, the manufacturer has been using Boiler Lizard^® for protection and has not received any customer complaints about internal boiler corrosion. Application of the Boiler Lizard^® to the boiler waterside is easy.
