EcoBio^™ VpCI^®-144 Barrier Paper

Description: EcoBio^™ VpCI^®-144 Barrier Paper is a premium recyclable, repulpable, biodegradable corrosion inhibiting barrier paper designed with the circular economy in mind. Made from 100% recycled paper stock treated with Cortec’s time-tested Vapor phase Corrosion Inhibitor (VpCI^®) coating on one side and a biobased, biodegradable barrier coating on the other side, this paper provides a competitive alternative to polyethylene and wax paper for resisting moisture, grease, oil, and corrosion.

Historically, polyethylene and wax coatings have been used to provide a moisture barrier. The resulting paper product is more difficult to recycle through normal channels and may end up as landfill waste. In contrast, the VpCI^® and barrier coatings used on EcoBio^™ VpCI^®-144 Barrier Paper allow the paper to be recyclable in standard paper recycling streams while also being biodegradable.

Packaging: Available in a wide variety of custom roll/sheet sizes and coating weights. Different paper weights and types available on request. To ensure best product performance, store in original packaging, indoors, and out of direct sunlight at 40-100 °F (4-38 °C). Shelf life: 2 years
