EcoLine^® VpCI^®-642

Description: EcoLine^® VpCI^®-642 is an economical inhibitor specially designed for hydrotesting with sea water. It effectively protects ferrous metals from corrosive, high-chloride environments by forming a protective layer on metal surface and by inhibiting cathodic corrosion reactions. VpCI^®-642 has been certified as 93% Biobased by the USDA, and it is also biodegradable.

Application:

• Hydrotesting of equipment and pipe systems with sea water
• Wet lay-up of boilers, pipelines, and vessels made of carbon steels using sea water or brine

Package: VpCI^®-642 is available in 5 gallon (19 liter) pails, 55 gallon (208 liter) drums, liquid totes, and bulk.
