Description: VpCI^® BioBoard^® is a next-generation corrosion inhibiting emitter, created to meet the needs of a circular economy. Containing 93% USDA certified biobased content, VpCI^® BioBoard^® uses Cortec^®’s unique Vapor phase Corrosion Inhibiting (VpCI^®) technology to protect ferrous and nonferrous metals within an enclosed space.

Innovative and made from renewably sourced and recycled fibers, VpCI^® BioBoard^® simplifies packaging and preservation by forming a molecular barrier against corrosion on all metal surfaces within a sealed packaging environment, even hard-to-reach places or highly textured components. As with all Cortec^® emitting products, parts and materials protected with VpCI^® BioBoard^® are ready to use right out of the box, with no cleaning or degreasing required.

Package: VpCI^®  BioBoard^®  is available in 4” x 5” (10.16cm x 12.7cm) and 8” x 12” (20.32cm x 30.48cm) sheets, as well as custom sizes per request. To ensure best product performance, store in original packaging, indoors, and out of direct sunlight at 40–100° F (4–38° C).
