VpCI^®-125 HP Permanent ESD Stretch Film

Description: VpCI®-125 HP Permanent ESD Stretch Film is a high-performance static-dissipative corrosion inhibiting stretch film. Ideal for electronics and other industrial applications where static discharge could result in dangerous or damaging packaging conditions, VpCI®-125 HP Permanent ESD Stretch Film dissipates static electricity as soon as it builds, independent of humidity conditions. Unlike conventional stretch films, which tend to build static charges as they stretch, VpCI®-125 HP Permanent ESD dissipates as it wraps, ensuring products are continually protected from electrostatic discharge.

With Cortec®’s unique Vapor phase Corrosion Inhibitor (VpCI®) technology, products enclosed with VpCI®-125 HP Permanent ESD Stretch Film are also protected from rust, scaling, and other forms of oxidization. By vaporizing within the enclosed environment, Cortec®’s corrosion inhibitors form a molecular layer on every metal surface, no matter how hard-to-reach, forming a barrier against corrosion that requires no cleaning or degreasing, ensuring your electronics parts are immediately ready for use.

Packaging: VpCI®-125 HP Permanent ESD Stretch Film is available in 1.0 and 1.5 mil (25 and 38 μm) thicknesses, and in 12” (30.5cm), 15” (38cm), 18” (45.75cm), and 20” (50cm) widths. For custom sizes and lead times, please contact Cortec® Customer Service.
To ensure best product performance, store in original packaging, indoors, and out of direct sunlight at 40–100° F (4–38° C).
